Vintage/New Scarlett 1385 & Rhett 1380 Madame Alexander Dolls Gone with the Wind

This lot includes 2 vintage Madame Alexander dolls
.
Each are new/vintage condition in original boxes - they have never been displayed or played with (see condition notes below). They are the approximately 12 inch size.  Although I do not know the exact year of purchase, they have always been stored in an air-conditioned, smoke-free and pet-free environment.
SCARLETT
doll is number 1385, Portrait Children's collection. 1981-1985 version. Bright green dress with cameo necklace. One of her legs needs to be restrung and falls off she is picked up.
RHETT
doll is number 1380, 1981-1985 version. His tag is of the newer variety. Although his jacket holds them in place, both of his arms have detached.
Each of the dolls has their original pantaloons, shoes, accessories, etc.
Important notes about the condition of the dolls:
These dolls each have their original clothes and have tags still attached to the arms. The heads seem a little loose, but eyes all open and close as they should.  All original boxes, tissue, and head stabilizer cardboard pieces are present.  However, because these dolls are over 35 years old, some of the strings in the dolls' arms and legs have deteriorated and detached. There are a few minor spots of imperfections present from age and a few hairs have come loose in the boxes. The clothes and hair have flattened in the back as shown in photos from storage. Boxes show some wear and tear from storage.
SHIPMENT: These will ship together in a large box (with insurance) and I will pack them as carefully as possible in their original boxes. Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of the box, calculated for your zip code. I do not add a handling fee.
